Why do we process your data and what is the legal ground for that processing?

The information we request in the registration form such as your name, surname and email address will allow us to manage your registration and send you updates. We treat your data under the contractual relationship that generates your registration for the event for the following purposes: a .- Event registration. In the registration to this activity we use your data under the contractual relationship that generates your registration. The legitimacy to manage the user registration on the platform is the execution of a contract that materializes with the acceptance of the conditions of service. b. - Information sending. Eventum may send information about the event through the e-mail address indicated by the user if he/she has agreed to this.

Recipients of your data.

We do not transfer your personal data. We use the tool for the creation and dissemination of events provided by SYMPOSIUM (Avda Alcalde Barnils, núm. 64, 08190 Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona. C.I.F: B66313776) that provides services to us with the guarantees provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 to whom we have authorized to store your data in cloud services in the territory of the European Union with all the guarantees of the General Data Protection Regulation.

How can you exercise your rights?

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, portability and opposition to processing and/or revoke consent by the following procedures: a .- By sending an e-mail from an official Eventum account or from the same given e-mail account indicated during the registration to the event. b.- By writing to Patio de Escuelas, 1. 37008 Salamanca. This letter must be accompanied by documentation that proves the identity or representation of the interested party and, if applicable, justifies the request.
